Mihaela is Events Department Director at Therme Kai. With over 6 years’ experience, she has organised over 250 events for both public authorities and corporate clients, ranging from small conferences and workshops to galas and even outdoor fairs and award ceremonies. She manages the whole process from the planning stage (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets), right through to running the event and carrying out the post-event evaluation

Angela is the senior travel consultant for the Ticketing Department. With over 19 years of experience in the corporate travel industry, she is proficient in using all major reservation platforms, and able to optimize flight routes even for last minute reservations. Being a global traveller herself, Angela Catau understands the client’s travel needs and is able to provide exceptional service

With over 8 years of experience in tourism, Raluca manages the Reservations Department ensuring every Kai Tour client gets the best accommodation deal whether in Romania or over the world by proactively negotiating premium travel packages for each individual enquiry
